MISD Rankone parent portal instructions (online paperwork link)

* Any student who would like to tryout and participate in a sport MUST complete all of the RankOne paperwork prior to trying out or participating.  (A student is NOT ALLOWED to tryout unless they have completed all requirements.

Athletic Trainers and Coaches will have documentation of this being completed.

** Incoming 7th grade students may not be rolled over into the RankOne system until the end of June or early July. 

*** Parents are required to upload the physical into RankOne.

2026-2027 MISD-uil physical information:

* Physicals for the 2026-2027 school year must be dated April 1, 2026 or later.

You must print and take the 2026-2027 MISD UIL Physical and Medical History Form to your Provider when getting a physical.

You will then upload this into your RankOne account.

MISD does have a policy on student travel.  These student trip change forms must be signed and submitted to the Coach prior to the event (campus deadlines apply).

Students who participate in school-sponsored trips shall be required to use transportation provided by the District to and from the event. Exception may be made only if the student’s parent makes a written request that the student be released to the parent or to another
adult designated by the parent. The District shall not be liable for any injuries that occur to students riding in vehicles that are not provided by the school.

MISD provides every student in the Athletic period with one practice uniform set that is to be returned at the end of the school year.

The booster club online store provides the opportunity to purchase extra sets of practice uniform. (This is optional.)

**Only MISD approved practice uniforms will be allowed to be worn during the athletic period. Previous years practice uniforms and/or spirit gear will not be acceptable to wear during the athletic period.*

Effective beginning with Junior High Basketball:

Midland ISD is excited to announce a transition to cashless tickets at all MISD hosted Junior High athletic events in order to improve efficiency.

• Fans may purchase "Individual Game Tickets" for a specific event on a day, or “Junior High Flex Passes” that will be accepted at any MISD Junior High hosted athletic event (Abell, Alamo, Goddard, San Jacinto or YWLA).

• ECISD remains cash only, and these MISD Flex Passes will not be accepted at ECISD hosted events.

• If you purchase a "Flex Pass", it will be good for the remaining 25-26 events: MISD junior high basketball, MISD junior high track meets, and MISD junior high soccer. 

If you have lost or damaged uniforms, practice gear or equipment and need to pay for these items, click here.

Find your school and item(s) you are required to pay for.  Then, you will need to email your receipt to your athlete's coach for their records.
